A simple, savory rice side dish ready in under 5 minutes!

Ingredients:
Cooked Rice – 2 cups
Pehchaan Onion Powder – 1 tsp
Pehchaan Garlic Powder – 1 tsp
Oil or Ghee – 1 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Method:
Heat oil or ghee in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
Add the Pehchaan Onion Powder and Garlic Powder. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant (do not let them bu ).
Add the cooked rice and salt. Mix well, ensuring the powders are evenly distributed and coating the rice.
Cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through. Serve immediately.
Best Paired With: Dal, Curd (Yogurt), or any simple Indian curry.
