An easy, tangy, and flavorful daily curry using Pehchaan powders.

Ingredients:

  • Mixed Veggies – 2 cups (chopped)

  • Pehchaan Tamarind Powder – 1 tbsp

  • Pehchaan Garlic Powder – 1 tsp

  • Pehchaan Onion Powder – 1 tsp

  • Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp

  • Salt – to taste

  • Oil – 1 tbsp

  • Water – 1 cup

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Sauté the mixed veggies for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.

  2. Add all the powders (Tamarind, Garlic, Onion, Turmeric, and Salt). Mix well for 30 seconds.

  3. Add 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cook until the vegetables are soft and the curry has thickened slightly (about 8-10 minutes).

  4. Serve hot with roti or rice.
