An easy, tangy, and flavorful daily curry using Pehchaan powders.

Ingredients:
Mixed Veggies – 2 cups (chopped)
Pehchaan Tamarind Powder – 1 tbsp
Pehchaan Garlic Powder – 1 tsp
Pehchaan Onion Powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
Salt – to taste
Oil – 1 tbsp
Water – 1 cup
Method:
Heat oil in a pan. Sauté the mixed veggies for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
Add all the powders (Tamarind, Garlic, Onion, Turmeric, and Salt). Mix well for 30 seconds.
Add 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cook until the vegetables are soft and the curry has thickened slightly (about 8-10 minutes).
Serve hot with roti or rice.
